Charles Crawford Stark
« on: Wednesday 16 January 08 18:19 GMT (UK) »

Looking for info on Charles Crawford Stark and his wife Patricia who lived at 60 Forfar Road in Dundee in 1925.  I don't have any more details about them.

I would really like to know if they had children and if the family lived in this area for awhile so I could try to extend my search further.  I would appreciate any help.

Regards
Kerry

Info on SP and use of Registrars for search up to date sent by pm.

Kerry,

Are you sure that you have no other info?

Where/when roughly  was he was born - his parents, Patricias maiden name.  Was he born in Scotland?  Looks as as though his mothers maiden name would possibly have been Crawford

The more info you can give the more help can be given.

Can't find his birth as Charles Crawford Stark on the IGI (www.familysearch.org)

Do a search on Scotlands people and you come up with only one hit between 1855 and 1932 - in 1884.

Can't find a marriage for a Charles Stark to a Patricia on Scotands people.

But, enter Charles Stark only, from 1855 to 1932 and there are 24 hits on 1 page.  perhaps some kind Rootschatter with a spare credit can have  a look?  Patricia may have been a middle name which she used (as I do).

Hope that's been of some use.

Regards,   Steve  :O)

I do have some info on Charles Stark.  His parents are Margaret Bulloch (my lineage) and Malcolm Stark.  They married in Kirkintilloch in 1881.  3 children, James(1883), Charles (1884) Ethel (1886).
The family moved to London by 1901.
I have tried marriage and death records through scotlands people and ancestry - nothing.
Charles is listed on a couple of ship manifests between 1920 - 1934.  His brother James is listed along with a Surrey address and on another the name and address of his wife, Patricia.
I was hoping to try and pick up a clue from the last known area where they resided.
Thanks for your reply.  I do appreciate the suggestions.

Regards
