Hi There, 
I notice on the FREEBMD site, Clifford Ames Jenkins b.Dec 1907 Hartley Wintney, vol:2c, page 177.
If possible can some kind person please do a lookup on the birth on the above,
and any info you may find.

Gary,
It just isn't possible  The registers are not open to public inspection. To look at the full birth entry, the certificate will have to be purchased.

No, the registers of births are in the care of the superintendent registrar of the district - in this case Hartley Wintney which covers a wide geographical area:
Bramshill, Cove, Crookham, Dogmersfield, Elvetham, Eversley, Farnborough, Fleet, Greywell, Hawley, Heckfield, Long Sutton, Mattingley, Odiham, Rotherwick, South Warnborough, Winchfield, Yateley - and of course Hartley Wintney.
If you know in which parish he might have been baptised, then the parish registers should be at Hampshire Record office. But you need to know more precisely where he was born.
