with regard to your question
go to the topic page  on the left hand side where the authors name is(ligurian)
click on his name
you should then be at his profile page
scroll down and you should then see send this person a personal message
click on that and away you go.
or alternatively if you want to reply to the topic go to the bottom of the topic page and on the right hand side you will see it says reply click on that
