Paul Phillips - baptism/marriage in Windsor?

I've been trying to find a baptism and marriage for Paul Phil(l)ips for ages.

He and Jane are the parents of Mary baptised 1745 Upton Cum Chalvey (Slough!), Berks. I've been looking in Bucks with no success and the only marriage I could find between a Paul Phillips and Jane is way over in Speen in 1740.

I've just found a possible burial for Paul in Eton, Bucks in 1770 - no age given but occupation given is bargeman, which could obviously have him tootling up and down the Thames.

Paul is not a very common name at this time, but , trying to do a bit of lateral thinking, I've found 2 burials for Paul Phillips in New Windsor in 1710 and 1792 on Family History Online and 2 baptisms in Clewer in 1739 and 1771 - so it looks as if the name could be a family name in this area.

I feel as if I've got him surrounded but he won't come out with his hands up!!  Roll Eyes

Can anyone help? I know Windsor PRs aren't very good on the IGI so any help there would be much appreciated. I've got Clewer PRs and couldn't find him there.
