Are you certain Enoch was the son of Robert/Mary?
IGI gives a baptism of Enoch -parents Wiliam/Elizabeth
1841 only shows 2 Enochs b. Nottinghamshire
Eastwood Willm Knighton 50 Collier Elizabeth 50 Enoch 20 Collier Job 15 Collier Luke 15 Collier Peter 15 Collier Esther 10 Lot 8 Moses 5 all b. in county HO107 857 5 9
Brinsley Notts Jeremiah Knighton 40 Frederick 15 Enoch 15 George 13 Frances 7 Martha 2 Aaron 8mths Charlotte Robinson 30 HO107 857 6 5
Could you give details of mary in 1851?
The only one I can find is mary b Ilkeston married to george Davies -there is a Knighton in the household -but mary is young enough to be Enoch's sister.

Hope you didn't mind me querying
There are quite a few deaths and baptisms on IGI for Robert Knighton -some extracted and some member submitted (treat with caution)
Noticed Robert was baptised Independant Chapel Ilkeston ? If they were members of that chapel (many of mine were) they could have married at Ilkeston or Heanor -there wasn't one in Eastwood The Nottingham marriage may be a possibility? Some of mine married in Nottingham-they lived Shipley/Ilkeston area- they seemed to marry in nottingham if the female has been in service there
I have a Robert Knighton in my tree -he was b. Cambridge but his children moved to Ilkeston/Heanor/Eastwood area (with the railways) -can't find a link to yours though

Found the family in Kimberley
Ino -is transcribed Jno -which would be John
Strange thing is there is a John Knighton Kimberley of correct age -and he marries and has a son called Robert?

By the way -is it Enoch Knighton b.c. 1820 married Rebecca who who are tracing -as I think he was the son of William/Elixabeth ?
There is (although member submitted) on IGI
John Knighton 1821 Ilkeston parents Robert/Knighton /mary Fisher
The more I look at Ino-the more I think it is John???

IGI has an extracted baptism
Job Knighton 15 Aug 1832 Weslyan methodist Chapel Ilkeston parents Robert Knighton /Mary Fisher
there is also a member submitted record Job Knighton 15 Aug 1832 Dakins Row Eastwood parents Robert Knighton/mary Fisher
The extracted record is the one to trust
At least it looks like Robert knighton married mary Fisher
