So  in 1881 John and Selina were living just down the road with some of Francis & Sarah's children staying with them. 10 years later Francis & Sarah have Susannah/Susie living with them! It seems to be coming together.

I think you now have your wish - you have found Susie's birth 1884 mothers maiden name Woolford so can now safely send for the certificate

Don't suppose you will ever solve the mystery of why she lived with Francis and Sarah unless it was one of those weird situations where she spent some time at their house and the rest with her parents - but just happened to be with Francis & Sarah on census nights?Huh

That's the bit that's puzzling me too.  I can find Sarah on earlier censuses but she didn't have a brother called John
