I would like to know who Susan Evans married, she was born in Corsham, Wiltshire on 10th June 1670 and was the daughter of Christopher and Susan. On the IGI the name is spelt as Evens.
I am trying to trace who the Susan or Susannah who married George Bush of Gloucestershire was, they eventually lived at The Grange in Bitton. The Evans name could be significant as when George died in 1722 he shared his grave with a Mr and Mrs Evans and I did wonder if it was his father-in-law. I couldn't believe the grave sharing story but it is true. Gruesome but true!
Apparently George and Susannah had a son named Christopher. They also had a son named James who married Elizabeth Evans in 1730 in Bristol.
If anyone can give an alternative husband for Susan Evans then it will eliminate her. I would really like to find Susan or Susannah and it does seem to be a process of elimination.

Thank you for your reply - this does eliminate Susan Evens as a wife for George Bush, so that is one less to follow, her name was Susannah, but I was following every lead that sounded possible,
