This marriage is on the IGI

Waddesdon  27 Jan 1730 James Micles & Ann Syrell

The name Micles comes up when I set the search for 'Mitchell'.

Could anyone please look up the marriage to see if there is any further info given - especially where they're both from?

 I'm trying to find a James Mitchell who married an Ann and then lived and had his family in Wexham. I know Wexham and Waddesdon are quite a few miles apart but this is the only James Mitchell/Ann marriage I can find in the timescale, and there don't appear to be any children baptised to this couple in Waddesdon.

   Hi Jill.....

  Found it but only just ......it followed 1827 marriages but before 1729 as it had been written in on to a gap in the ledger..

  Also not of much help.

  James MICLES and Ann Syrell both of this parish.

  That was it .

  I did not check baptisms as I could not remember if you had any dates but it looks as though you have checked already.

I suspect I'm going to have to cast my net over Berks and even Surrey to see if my James came from south of the Thames.
