Hi Everyone, I have info on a George Edwin Squire b:ABT 1897 and he died 21st/22nd september 1944 aged 47yrs in Alma St, Birmingham and his occupation was a Roof Glazier. I was hoping someone could look up on the 1901 census to see where he was born and who is parent's are please and i hope the death details help.

he's unlikely to use both names on census and there are a plethora of georges to choose from,
I suggest that freebmd would be a better start; try to find his birth registration to pin down the area..
You would also need his marriage cert to compare parental name(s)

Donna, His parent's would be 18 or 21 yrs early than his date of birth, the George you have there was born 1998, the george i've got was 1897.

Compare the qtr of birth registration against the date of the 1901 census. Would he have had his birthday before or after census?
