Hello all,
Looking for the wife and two daughters of William Boden b.1838 Matlock.
William and his three sons (William b.1865, Alfred b.1871 and Albert b.1873) when to New Zealand in the 1880s but Bridget, Lydia and Ada did not, can not find them anywhere after 1881 census.
Bridget (McAlevey) b.1836 Ireland
Lydia b.1861 Matlock
Ada E b.1869 Matlock (name on 1871 census Adalinia E)
Tried all ways of spelling
Need help please

Hi,
All I know of Ada, her sister and mother are what I can see on the census.
That could well be her, have to send for her birth certificate to make sure.

The problem with the 1912 marriage is - there was an Ada Elizabeth Boden b. Derby 1875 and another one birth reg 1889 belper district -it could be one of those?
the birth reg of Adeline Elizabeth is in correct reg district for where she gives her p.o.b. on census.
also she is listed on 1871 census as Adalinia?
