Henry Bavister died 1877 Newspaper Report Notts
« on: Saturday 26 January 08 16:38 GMT (UK) »

Whilst researching a newspaper report in Mansfield Notts - on the photocopy I have an addiitional short report concerning Henry Bavister (33 yrs) "native of Bedfordshire".
May be more as there was an inquest planned.
If anyone connected with surname/or topic or just interested will send photocopy (rather than recycle it!).

He was working for the Midland Railway and "met with an awfully sudden and violent death while performing his ordinary duties of delivering goods through the town."

The report appears in June 1877 but checking BMD his death wasn't registered until Sept qtr. 1877 Huh
