Marriage look-up please.

I know this may be a difficult one as the groom was a
boatman. The couple both came from Herefordshire but
their first child was born Tipton Staffs. 1874-5.
I've looked on FREE B.M.D. and I.G.I. but can't find
anything.

Jacob Whitehouse b. Herefordshire
Elizabeth Hodgetts b. Withington Herefordshire

Beginning to wonder if they were ever married.
