Hi All,

I am looking for any information on my Great Uncles John James Green (1883), born in Oakenshaw, Co. Durham who moved to Nottingham with his Brother Mark Green, born in West Stanley, Co. Durham. They were the brothers of my great grandfather Thomas Henry Green (b. 1879) at Willington Colliery, Co. Durham.

John was married to Thomason (nee Richardson).

They were both miners and moved soon after WWI.

There were also 2 sisters Elizabeth and Eliza who I think remained in Co. Durham.

I think one of them had a son (or grandson) called Michael who is/was on television as a newscaster/reporter.
