Thank you Kath,
I've just found your reply to my Barnston request. Thank you - much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind offer for Little Waltham look-ups also. I am interested in Little Waltham, High Easter, Great Leighs and Little Leighs too, but I shall have to sort out which surnames are likely to belong in which of these parishes. So I may be back to you again when I get time to re-organise my thoughts.
Thinking about it.... Can you find any STOWERS, WARRICKERs / WORICKERs or TYLERs in any of these parishes? Born, married or dead. But only if you get the chance.
Don't stay up too late!!
Edwina

Thanks a heap Kath, your blood's worth bottling .
The Barnard posting provided me with an ancestor Robert 1660, plus his father and grandfather. Robert didn't marry or raise a family in Barnston, nor was he buried there, so he's mine, unless of course someone can prove otherwise . I'll open a separate post on that subject.
Regards.

Hi Kath Could do with some help with the name Choat/e all I have is a marriage of a Richard Choate in 1764 at Barnston and a note that says there were no more marriages at Barnston before that date,so I thought it unlikely that the family lived at Barnston but maybe lived at Great Waltham,I could do with anything you can find on the name, but tops would be the baptism of Richard, proberly around 1740. Best Regards

Hi, I have the Dunmow BMD's for my name of TROTT. I see that according to your entry you have found Trott's listed under Great Barnston. May I ask if who they are please?
Thanks
John Trott
