Would anyone have access to an Ipswich Street (P.O.?) Directory, around 1910? I'd like to find out the name of the family staying at No. 40 Regent Street. Thanks for any help,

There are directories available online (and free to use) at http://www.historicaldirectories.org
Click on 'Find by location', select 'Suffolk' from the drop down list and you will find links to 12 directories the nearest of which in time to your requirement is Kelly's of 1912.
You can search the directory for keywords
