Spam going to sky
« on: Tuesday 29 January 08 22:53 GMT (UK) »

I Have got Sky broadband but use Outlook Express for my email. The problem is that sometimes my email doesnt arrive. When I look in the Sky email the missing email is usually in the spam box. Is there anyway that I can get the email to come straight to Outlook Ex and not stay in Sky- Its not usually Spam anyway. Its a bit of a pain having to go to Sky looking for it.
Hope this makes sense!!

Sounds like you need to adjust the settings of the spam filter on your Sky account. Go into something like account settings or check 'help' on their site and see about adjusting or turning off the spam filter from there.

I assume the way that certain email addresses get added to your personal spam blacklist is when you click a button SPAM when you view an email in your in-box.

There should be some kind of spam filter that you can access a list that contains your blacklisted email addresses somewhere on the Sky mail page.  It might be called Tools or Options or Administration.

If you can find that list then you will need to go through it and delete the entries that you do want to end up in your spam box.
