Hallo and welcome to Rootschat Grin

Not sure if you are looking for the whole family after 1881, but this looks like Lauras death.

Hi to Suffolk Sue
Thanks very much for the info,I had found  the marriage details but not the census details,
I had found a birth of a child Sylvia Lauara M  Miller in 1904 and this seemed
a lead as it was her name and a Miller as well .
Have not been able to track down anything elseabout John Henry Miller though.  Iwould appreciate any info that you have on the Fakes I can trace them from 1861 back to1841 but cannot find them on the 1871 or the 1891 census
                                 Best Regards  Burt

As I say I believe Mable/Laura married Robert Reilly, as both being in the same household in 1901. Of course you would need to purchase the marriage cert to be absolutely sure.

What makes you think she married Mr. Miller?

Theres always the possibility that John junior was away fighting in the Boer war.

Would it have been possible the Fake family would have changed their name to Thake, there was a large Thake family living in many areas of West Ham until the 1970's..

Please note, The County Borough of West Ham was changed in the mid 1960's to the County Borough of Newham.
