I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who took details, but (my fault) he thought I was having problems changing BB providers, and said that I would have to get the Code.
Fortunately I rephrased my question and he immediately instigated the procedure to clear the Tag. Now have to wait until next week to see if it works!!
The important point to make, is that this service is only for people who have moved and the account was for the previous resident, and you must make it clear.

I found the piece of paper I wrote down all the numbers on when I upgraded from dialup to broadband. I just noticed I had a number written down for the Serious Fraud Office. I can't remember why I had to phone that number.
I live in a relatively new build property, in the sense that I am the only person who has lived at this address, so I don't know why I had to phone that number. It couldn't have amounted to much, it must have been a quick check and then on to the next phone number.
