hi im trying to trace william hawkins gamekeeper have not got much info charles hawkins married margaret hawkins august 1848 plymouth charles father is a william hawkins gamekeeper charles hawkins died feb 1855 royal naval hospital plymouth age 45 could not find charles on 1841 cencus have him on 51 cencus with wife margaret in plymouth cannot find william hawkins gamekeeper on any cencus need help please david

I have been looking for both William and Charles hawkins in 1841. I was looking for Charles b c 1800 as you had said that he died in 1855 aged 55.

Was his death age not correct?

I see Charles with Margaret in 1851, with children Eliza , 20 and Charles 15 living in Charles the Martyr.

in 1841;

GEORGE HAWKINS 35 porter
Margaret wife 35
Eliza 10
Mary 5
Charles 5
all born in county

Was George , Charles' brother ?
