Registration District for Bilston?

Please do you know which Registration District for Bilston would be?  It is in Staffordshire but close to the Wolverhampton/Warwickshire borders.  I am hoping to narrow down the area for ordering a birth certificate for my great grandfather:

John MAHER (often spelt phonetically: MARR/MARS/MEAR/MAYER)
Born 26 March 1842 Bilston Staffordshire
Parents: Daniel MAHER and Mary ***
