emily holt b1900 birmingham she was a canl boatwomen when she was older so wondered if her parents were too?

Hi Kerry

have been looking for your Emily Holt, how sure are you about her date of birth ?  I say that because I have just come across one born 1898 in Aston Birmingham. Do you have her parents names, also the aston area is very interesting as the Aston Villa Football Ground is there and one of the areas for supporters is called the Holte end.  There is also a lot of canal around the area, I will send you the details of the one I found, just having a little trouble reading the page at the moment, will try again in a few mins.  Would be easier with her parents names thou !

Thomas Holt age 43 born United States, Cycle Polisher
Emily Holt Wife 36 born Manchester, Lancashire ?
Charles Henry son age 1 born B'Ham
Emily age 3 born B'Ham
James Edwin age 9 born B'Ham
Selina 8 born B'Ham

dont know if this is the correct family, have had a search and think this is the only Emily born about that time.  Sorry I forgot to record the census ref. if you think this is the right family I will go back and find it.
