There is no Marriage Certificate from this date, only entries in the Parish Register. I do not know if Hereford Record Office provide a copying service for this or not. Some Records Offices do and charge a fee. Otherwise it's a trip to Hereford to view the original, which will be an entry in manuscript with probably just the bare details of names. Hereford is a very busy but friendly and helpful Record Office

Certificates for marriage came in 1837 with Civil Registration. Before that details were recorded in the Church Registers. In the 18th and early 19th centuries they had more detail like witnesses on them, and were preprinted, but at the time you are asking about, there will be an entry by the Vicar recording the marriage of couple, and the date but no further details.
These original regsiters are now, if they have survived, deposited in the local Record Offices, and most have been filmed for researchers to view at the Office.
Hereford Record Office details are on www.herefordshire.gov.uk/archives
