Moons in 1901
« on: Sunday 03 February 08 05:00 GMT (UK) »

I'm hoping someone can find my English born Moon family in the 1901 census.

Jane Moon was a widow born in England in 1841. She had children:

George Livingstone born 1868
Annie Telfer born 1870
Mina or Nancy born?
Mary born about 1875

Jane whose maiden name was Charlton was living in Berwickshire in 1881 with her father Matthew Charlton and unmarried brother Matthew Charlton in the same household.

Hi Karenlee

Many thanks for finding the family for me. I think her daughters are being slightly less than honest about their ages!!
