Loooking for info on the above.  Trying to get back further with him. Here is what I know so far.
A Protestant farmer from Kilmeague, Kildare. He married Eliza Jones around 1849. Appears on Griffiths Valuation as living in Kilmeague in 1851. He occupation was farmer and a shopkeeper on his death cert, with the cause of death listed as Cirrhosis of the liver from which he suffered for 8 years. His Will states the following “Will of Thomas Spooner effects £807/3s, late of Kilmeague Co Kildare farmer died 14 Jan 1884 to Eliza Spooner widow.”
