Peter,
I have the Marriage Certificate of John Richardson and Sarah Walls, John was a Pitman, The Parish was Kelloe, and they both lived at kingate Grange. I would love to be able to find out about their parents, Sarah's father was William, he was also a Pitman, but John father who was also named William was a labourer. On the Cert John and Sarah's age is FULL, what age could this be? John and Sarah were my GGGRANDPARENTS.

Sarah Wall is readily identifiable aged 22 in 1841 daughter of William Wall 54 Coalminer and Mary his wife 45. She had a brother William 20 and John Wall 20 coalminer with wife and son in Wingate Grange was probably another. There are 6 families of Richardsons all coalminers but no William with a son old enough or a John who could be of suitable age to marry Sarah in 1841, unless John Richardson 35 Banksman in Wingate Grange suddenly lost his wife Elizabeth and swiftly remarried. Its possible of course that Sarah's future husband was simply elsewhere on census night and only a relation of the Wingate Richardsons. Good Luck
