A McPoland by name but a Downing by heart!

I wondered if anyone could be so kind as to do a census check for me please?
My Ancestor Charles Powell (b. 1815 in Walsall) married Sarah (Not sure on maiden name or marriage date) and had 5 children - John (1836), Charles (1837), Thomas (1839), Emma (1841) and Mary (1845). From what i can find out i think Sarah died in 1847 and Charles married Louisa Hodgetts in 1849.
I am trying to find any census entries for 1841 and 1851 for Charles and his family, and also to see if there are any clues to Sarah's maiden name etc.
