Yes sorry I have confused myself too

One thing I have found is a marriage for a Lucy Marshall and on the same page is a William Walter Lowe 3/4 1894 Kings Norton 6c 743

Could Lucy have been married twice?

It might be worth getting the birth certificate for Arthur Victor B Jessop. It should state the mothers maiden name and clarify who it was she married

At least then you will know you are tracking the right family
