Llangelynnin Bishop's Transcripts
« on: Friday 07 January 05 23:08 UTC (UK) »

Llangelynnin is the parish in which the main village is Llwyngwril. Sometimes referred to as just Celynnin and sometimes spelled with a single n - Celynin Llangelynin.
There is also a parish of the same name in Caernarfonshire I only have the BT's for the Merionethshire Llangelynnin and I’m unable to help with the Caernarfonshire parish

Llangelynnin Bishop's Transcripts earliest date 1687 latest date 1847

NOTE:
  • These transcripts are un indexed  so as much information as possible would be appreciated - especially an approximate date
  • Many years are missing and some are so poor that they are impossible to read
  • Many Welsh people were nonconformists, so they did not use the parish church and their details will not be included in the Bishop's Transcripts
