Has anyone have a Alfred Glover in their family tree Born around 1830
who went to live in the Bolton area .
Had the following children
Ada
Alfred
Alice
Thomas
William
Frederick
Any help would be much appreciated as i would like to know who Alfred's parents were

The 1861 only has 3 Alfred Glover's born between 1828-1832
None were born or were living in either Worcester or Lancs

The 1871 has an Alfred Glover b BATH SOMERSET not Worcester living in Little Bolton Lancs he is shown as married but no wife listed All children b Bolton
34 Arrowsmith Terrace
Alfred Glover 41 master stonemason employing 30 men b Somerset Bath.
Alfred 15
Alice 10
Thomas G 12
William 8

The 1871 information has now helped to find him living in Halliwell in 1861. As you posted your request on the Worcestershire board - it gives the impression that he was connected to that county

The 1841 has an Alfred Glover in Somerset b 1831 parents Robert & Rebecca
However - the 1871 showed his birthplace as Bath and this area is Frome Can't find anything on the 1851 - there's one b 1837 - apprentice cordwainer (shoemaker) which clearly isn't him
First child b around 1854/55 but no marriage on freebmd
You need a copy of one of the childrens birth certs to find Mary's maiden name
