I have a list of the Langley Mill Special Constables if anyone would like a copy- names listed are:-
Inaugurated 1915
T. Britt S. Bunting T. Crumpton WH Dodwell F Ealey G Etherington F Elliott T Horsley JJ Keadell J Micklewright Richard Marriot William Marriot E Stanway TB Standall H Whysall AJ Wilson TW Wooton J Whitehouse H Yeomans
Some of those named also served in WW1 Forces Some also received the special constables medal

Hi Cheshiremog, I have not seen this interesting item posted on the Derbyshire board, and Langley Mill is actually in Derbyshire, albeit on the very edge with Nott's.
