Marriage lookup: MARSHALL early 1700s

Would anyone out there have access to the Allen index?  I'm interested to see if it has an entry for a Joseph Marshall who married a Sarah (maiden name unknown) some time before 1719, probably in the Harpenden / Kimpton / St Albans area.

I searched the Allen Index back to 1700 but regret no entry for John MARSHALL.
