Hi,
I couldn't find a post on this so , I was wondering if anyone knew where to search for RIC records .
I am searching for a Richard McGrath b. 18 Jan 1890 in Ballyragget,Co Kilkenny , who family rumors say that he was in the RIC .
Also , another question would be on his brother Patrick McGrath who was a Lance Serjeant in WWI , 1st Battalion Royal Irish Regiment died in Corbie , France.
Was wondering if Co. Kilkenny has any monuments to the men who died in the Great War.

I had a look at the RIC Index but couldn't find a Richard McGrath but you may want to try Garda Museum and Archives.
Details below from An Garda website
