Jayne McHugh has a website which is a one place study on Staveley Derbyshire, you may find something of interest on there, although she hasn't transcribed the baptisms up to 1849 yet.

Staveley

IGI batch C055751 contains Christenings for the above children (plus some older ones). Sarah is shown as Sarah Elizabeth in the IGI entry and her Christening date is 16/07/1848

Because of the Christening date and also because Staveley fell within the Chesterfield Registration District. I wonder if this might be her Birth Registration rather than the Rotherham one
