I carnt see a Sarah Barker on the 1901 born Billington
there are four possibles
Sarah Eacott married to a William she was born 1873 ish
Sarah Hughes married to a Edward she was born 1871 ish
Sarah Rolls married to a Thomas she was born 1870 ish
Sarah Stevens married to a Charles she was born 1873 ish,
perhaps if she was working in London, she might have got married down there

I only have Sarah J Varney aged 8 on the 1881 census. So that would make her birth 1872/3.

where do's the Ellen come from born 1883 Billington, as there is no one on the 1891 or 1901 census, there is one on the 1891 says born Wingrave Bucks , parents William and Sarah, is this the one you mean

Me again Ricky,
Yes thats the one, Ellen Varney living with parents William and Sarah 1891 Lower End, Wingrave. Does she say on 1891 c born Wingrave? I have her on that one as born Little Billington, although I could have copied wrongly.
