I am interest in finding more information on George Dale who lived in Guisborough which is now in Cleveland in 1786.  He had a son called William who was born in December 1786.

I wonder if there is anybody who could help me.

Where did you get your info on George from?  Is he in census?

On the IGI there is a christening of a George dale 1766 in Guisborough, father george but without knowing birthplace etc  it's difficult to say it's him.

George Dale 1786 Guisborough with father George -

for the batch number for Guisborough there are 18 Dales born between 1776 and 1800 with father George  Sad

George Dale's son was William Dale born 1786 this is from the IGI.  This is all I know about him at the moment.  William Dale went on to marry a Jane Simpson in September 1816.
