Hiya

I am wondering if anyone has access to the 1891 census for Wigtown please as

I am looking for my 3x great grandmother Jane Turnbull.
Jane was born abt 1820. I havent got an exact birthplace for her but I think it may be Stoneykirk?

Any information will be very much appreaciated

You could always try www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk - it's a pay per view site and has all the census returns from 1841-1901 transcribed as well as birth, death & marriages.

Elizabeth ", f, dau., 44, farmer's daughter, Inch, Wigtownshire
John ", m, son, 40, farmer's son, Wigtown, Wigtownshire
Robert ", m, son, 38, farmer's son, Wigtown, Wigtownshire
Annie Kirkcaldy ", f, g-dau., 7, scholar, England

And two servants, Agnes Smith and John Gibson.
