Marriage of Joseph Hall and Rosina Witham

Joseph Hall (b. 1813 Cirencester) was my Great x3 grandfather. He appeared in Cirencester in 1841 census with Rosina (Rosina Witham b. 1813 Hertford) and their 2 sons Edwin and Joseph Jr. I have had no luck finding a marriage record for them. He died in 1846 aged 33 and was a Tailor. Joseph Junior (b. 1837) died in 1849 aged 12!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
