Hi: 

Can anyone help look up a birth for me please?

I'm particularly interested in the parentage as the parents didnt actually marry until 3 years after her birth.

Lucy Bennett  b 20/9/1924 Broken Hill - deceased 1986.
born to Jessie Maud Hebbard (Hibberd)
father?  Walter Alfred Bennett

they married on 27/7/1927 in Broken Hill.

Other children born in BH  are:

W..... A    b 17/8/1927
V........ G  b 17/6/1934
John E b 21/3/1939 - deceased

Hi Minnie

Online NSW births only go to 1907 and the CD available has births to 1918 only. I don't think it is possible to get birth information after that time, unless you are the person or the direct descendant (or next of kin) or a lawyer of the person who was born.

Somone else may know if baptisms or similar are available

You could try writing or emailing NSWBDM's and give them the details. Explain you want the information for Family History purposes. If you send them 100 points of ID they might give you the certificate. (sell you the cert.  Wink )
They are usually very helpful.
