I have been trying to find the baptism of Ralph Warburton and Mary Foxley who he married on the 5th December 1836. I can trace them through all the census upto his death in 1886. but have never been able to find their christenings. He says he is from Sandbach or Newall in Acton. Any help would be gratefully received.

In the 1841 census he age 25 born 1816 census taken in Warmingham Cheshire. Mary his wife is 20
In 1851 born 1816 age 36 and from Sandbach, Mary is now 34
In 1861 born 1817 Age 44 and from Elton and Mary is also 44
In 1871 born 1821 Age 50 and from Aston. Mary is 49
In 1881 born 1821 Age 60 and from Sandbach. Mary was 60
He died in Newall in 1886 Age 70.

I have had a look on the I.G.I for a christening but there isn't one,only the marriage.My G.G.Grandparent came from Sanbach and all the children where born there.I found them all on records in the Chester Archives years ago.Have you tried there? My G Grandfather also married in warmingham

Thank you I when I go to the Record Office on Tuesday I will look in the Sandbach records. I think that Ralph had brothers Thomas, Joseph and Joseph.
