Thanks now found 1871 census as you said under Dunton.
It was Thomas C Dunbar c1826 we think may have been a twin but can`t find any thing on igi.

As he gave his birthplace as Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, I'm afraid I don't have a clue about finding out if he had a twin
