Hi Madpants.
This ia what my Sister & i would  dearly love to find out.
My late Father did say once that there was a Wales connection,  but who knows.
As i and my Sister where also born in Middlesbrough many moons ago.
I might make it my Holiday Place this year.
I do have this feeling about...Union Cottages though.
And we do know Annie's Father wasn't around when Annie got Married.
Its little thing's like that we would like to know...what did my Grand-Father Die off,
and were those other Children Annie's Sister & Brother's.

(before 1875 Middlesbrough was Stockton reg district, it became its own in 1875)  I can't see her on the Middlesbrough indexes but it could be transcribed completely differently on there anyway  Roll Eyes

If you still live in the area you can go into the registrars near the town hall and get the certificate and specify Lawrence as father, they'll not charge you if it's wrong and I got my mitts on my certs while I was there  Grin

Scrub that I've just found Ann Carnarnan on the 81, where is your Ann's birth  Huh Huh
