Rigby general help please

Can anyone help with look up or general help with Parents of a Francis Agusta Rigby born in Monmouth 1859...I have found her on the 1861 census living with her grandparents Henry & Elizabth Elias.. So it looks as if between her birth and 61 her parents might have died or left monmouth as can find no trace after 61..

I know Francis later married a George James Baker in 1882..in southwark
Would like any help tracing her parents or where she was in between years.

Hi baggsy

Her birth registration is March Qu 1859 Monmouth 11a 40 if you wanted to get the certificate, which of course should give you her parents' names.

Her marriage cert should give you her father's name (and occupation unless it just states deceased)

Possible parents: 
marriage for Frank Dixon Rigby  June Qu 1858 Monmouth 11a 54 with Amelia Mary Elias on same page
