The 1861 - 1891 census returns show Christopher Smith as being bap

Digswell Hertfordshire. His age in 1851 would be abt 12 yrs. I can't find him on the 1841 census.

Havent found him yet but if he was b in 1829 then by 1851 he should be about 22 not 12... Smiley Smiley

Hi Jane

He was shown as Walter on the 1861 census. His age then is 31 yrs. It looks as though he died in 1900 as Rhoda is shown as a widow.
