Hi
Has anyone connections to the above George & Rachel. These are my 2nd great grandparents. George & Rachel were both born 1823-1825, he died 1893, and Rachel died 1881 in 55 High Street, Aberdour.
They had 6 or 7 children, the eldest Mary Stewart Buchan (1849-1913) is my great grandmother, she married Alexander Cardno (1842-1919).
I am trying to find out more information about George & Rachel & their children, and perhaps my "lost / unknown" & "great grand aunts & uncles and their families"
I have tried IGI but unsure of how to get the details I really need.  Help please.

No connection but Aberdeenshire born and bred and now living back here.
Children to George and Rachel: From the IGI. Searched 1839 to 1879.
MARY STEWART BUCHAN Birth: 09 OCT 1849. Christening: 22 OCT 1849 Fraserburgh, Aberdeen, Scotland
CHRISTIAN BROWN BUCHAN Birth: 01 NOV 1851 Aberdour, Aberdeen, Scotland
JEAN BUCHAN Birth: 07 NOV 1853 Aberdour, Aberdeen, Scotland
GEORGE ALEXANDER BUCHAN Birth: 14 APR 1856 Aberdour, Aberdeen, Scotland
ELEANOR MILNE BUCHAN Birth: 15 OCT 1858 Aberdour, Aberdeen, Scotland
MARGARET IRONSIDE BUCHAN Birth: 01 NOV 1861 Aberdour, Aberdeen, Scotland

Just back off the IGI - I see a 'submitted' entry for a Rachel Grant b. 1824, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire - married George Alexander Buchan - 16 May 1847, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire.

Hi Steve
I knew they were married bc 1846-1847 in Fraserburgh, but great to know the exact date. I knew there was a way to find children, but couldnt remember. Will copy & paste info in a folder.
Any way of finding out Rachel parents ?
