Well it is official then, the 28th of October, 2008 for the Melbourne Rootschat Meet.

It appears I was looking at one of those 3 year calendars, which sits beside the computer and will now be thrown in the bin.  Roll Eyes
I have amended the dates at the top of the thread.

So now the question is:  Is the 26th of October suitable for everyone.

Oh no...I thought it was me that had read the calendar wrong as I originally told Lones I couldn't make the first or last weekend but then I saw your dates so thought I'd goofed and could make the last weekend.  Consequently, this means 2nd or 3rd weekend is only good for me, but please go with the majority, don't want others missing out because of me.
