There is a marriage for a John Busby and Isabella Edmundson, mar QTR, 1888. Blackburn.

I'm afraid the source of the info is pretty thin, William Baldwin Busy is honoured on the cwgc site, he died whilst serving with the Worcestershire Regiment.  Of course that dosen't mean he was from the area, but I had to start somewhere.

I will check out the Blackburn lead and let you know
