My grandmother was Jamaican-Irish but until now, I have found nothing online to research her heritage.  I thought I would share this info with any others who could use the links.

Registrar General's Office for the Gov't of Jamaica
http://www.rgd.gov.jm/?q=genealogical_research
They will do geneological lookups for Jamaican ancestry.  From this site are other links to some of the other Carribean Islands as well.
