1871 census

Bentley Buildings , Hill Top , Attercliffe cum Darnell

William Tilbrook /Head / age 50 / watchman / boprn Isleham, Cambridgeshire
Mary Tilbrook / wife / age 47 / born Ireland
Mary jane / daughter / age 19 / born Ireland
James / son / age 14 / labourer / born Ireland
CHARLES / son / age 10 / born Ireland
Margaret / daughter / age 8 / born Ireland
Caroline / daughter / age 6 / born Ireland

It may be that William was in the Army when he married Mary

( sorry if you didn't need this info )
