Looking for Francis Mae Copeland. Father Arthur?
Resided at 29 Allington St., Brixton Hill, London, England during the first war. Married a Canadian Soldier in 1918 and emigrated to Canada after the war ended. Soldier's name was Aubrey Tivy. Looking for her birth date, siblings and parents info. Anything would be extremely appreciated.

Do you have any further info to pin this one down a bit?
Age at marriage if you have the marriage certificate? Place of marriage?
The more info you can provide the more likely somebody will be about to find her ...
Was also curious about Francis - isn't that the male form?

There's a 24 year old Frances M Copeland born in Sydenham Kent working as a servant in Folkestone Kent on the 1901 census.
Any good to you?
As Johnathan said can we have a few more details and one of us will find her for you  Well we'll have a jolly good try.

I see that the original posting re Francis is from 2005 so I hope the author is still checking his responses. Francis Mae Copeland was my grandmother. She married Aubrey Tivy in England prior to the end of the World War I. They had a daughter, Lena Francis Tivy, born November 7, 1917 in England. Grandfather came home to Ontario prior to Grandmother and my mother, who followed once their papers were in order. I have 1 sister & 2 brothers and one of my brothers may have photos, etc. from long ago. I do have a photo of Grandmother, Grandfather & my mother at my mother's christening. I really hope to hear from you and can provide you with further information while at the same time I learn more about my Grandmother from you.

Well it looks like the original poster was last online way back in 2005

Hi again. I so hope the author is still out there so we can touch base. If anyone knows the author, it would be great if he/she could be advised that I'm trying to contact him/her as I definately am a close relative of Francis Mae Copeland.
