Hi Chris,
            PRs are the parish registers. I have a cd with Wantage on there which is where i found

the baptisms of George and John. The cd has births from 1538-1946, marriages from 1538-1813 and

burials from 1538-1935.

the KENT family looks as though they were from the berkshire area.
i have many GEORGE KENTs i dont know if they are all from there or not.

GEORGE KENT,born,cobham,1858.
soldier,1st,hussars.

GEORGE KENT,born,1840,died,1889.
buried,cobham,surrey,aged,49.

GEORGE KENT.
emigrated to canada.dad told me he was about the age of 16.
there might be a connection with,JAMES KENT,or a relative,eg JAMESs,brother,sister?

i have found 1 george who emigrated.
aged 15.
ship,ANDANIA,CUNARD.
date of arrival,1/ 4/ 1928.
port of arrival,HALIFAX.
